Serialized product scope: In progress - planned Rx, OTC, biological products (Vaccines, Insulins, Immunoglobulins), medical devices

Penalties for non-compliance: Under Law 1119/97 non-compliance could lead to fines, suspension, or withdrawal of sanitary registration (enforcement expected post-implementation)
