Government reporting requirement:

Reporting: track-and-trace event reporting to central system

Changes from previous law: sampling events no longer reportable; destruction events reportable

SN (<= 21 char)

Batch/Lot Number (<= 21 char)

Expiration Date(YYMMDD)
