According to Art. 16 – 21 of the GDPR, you have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:

  • the right to rectification,

  •  the right to restriction of processing, 
  • the right to object to processing, 
  • the right to data portability; 
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Protection of Personal Data Office),  
  • the right to withdraw a consent to the processing, if the consent has been given. 

Please, remember that there are certain situations in which, due to an applicability of other legal provisions, these rights to process your personal data may not be vested in you – more information on this can be found below.

Security

Data recipients 

Your data may be processed by our subcontractors, i.e. entities whose services we use in order to render services to you and fulfil your orders. 

Hostinger.com – we store personal data on their servers; 

Google LLC – we use Google services; 

Since we use Google services, your personal data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) in connection with its storage on the American servers. Please remember, however, that Google has joined the Privacy Shield programme and guarantees a level of protection of personal data required under the restrictive European regulations. 

The aforementioned entities, to which we entrust the processing of personal data, guarantee that they apply personal data protection and security measures as required by law. 

Objectives and processing activities  

Contact 
While contacting us via e-mail or a contact form submitted to our e-mail address, you convey your e-mail address as the sender’s address to us. You can also include other personal data in the text of the message. Providing data takes place on the voluntary basis, however it is necessary to establish contact. 

In this case, your data is processed for the purposes of contacting with you, and the basis for processing is Art. 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from initiating contact. The legal basis for processing upon an end of contact is the legitimate interest of archiving communication for the purposes of showing its course in the future (Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR). 

The content of the communication may be archived and we are not able to unambiguously determine when it will be erased. You have the right to request a history of communication with us (if it has been archived). You can also request its erasure, except when our legitimate interest, e.g. an issue of potential claims on your part overrides a legitimate interest connected with its archiving. 

Cookie files 

Our web site, like nearly all web sites, uses cookie files. 

Cookie files are small text information stored on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone), which can be read by our IT system (own cookies) or the IT system of the third parties (third party cookies). 

Some of the cookie files we use are deleted after an end of the browser session, i.e. after closing it (so-called session cookies). Other cookies are stored on your end device and enable us to recognise your web browser the next time you visit the web site (persistent cookies).

Google Analytics 

We use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, U.S.A. We carry out operations within this scope by creating statistics and analysing them for the purposes of optimising our web site. 

Google Analytics automatically collects information about the use of our web site. The information collected in this manner is frequently transferred to the servers in the United States and stored there. 

Due to the IP anonymisation activated by us, your IP address is shortened before forwarding it. Only in the exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. The anonymised IP address provided by your web browser as part of Google Analytics is, as a principle, not combined with other Google data. 
 

As Google LLC is based in the U.S.A. and uses a technical infrastructure located in the U.S.A., it joined the EU-U.S.-Privacy Shield programme in order to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection required by European regulations. Under the agreement between the U.S.A. and the European Commission, the latter has established an adequate level of data protection in case of companies certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

Server logs 

 
The use of the web site entails sending queries to the server on which the web site is stored. Each query directed to the server is saved in the server logs. 

Logs include Your IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you use. Logs are saved and stored on the server. 

The data stored in the server logs are not linked to specific persons that use the web site and are not used by us for the purpose of identifying you. 

The server logs are only an auxiliary material used to administer the web site, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorised to administer the server.
